Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all provinces of Rwanda. Delivery to select international destinations may be arranged on request — please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders of RWF 50,000 or more.
- Standard shipping — RWF 3,000 for orders under RWF 50,000 (Kigali).
- Upcountry shipping — RWF 5,000 for orders under RWF 50,000.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (when available). You can also check your order status on the My Orders page if you have an account.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available as a standard option. If you are outside Rwanda and wish to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
