3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we may require additional verification.

4. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept the following payment methods: MTN MoMo, Flutterwave (card, mobile money), and bank transfer. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store sensitive payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. See our full Returns Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability
